应用打不开，或启动后没有任何反应？

部分 Mac 在安装后的首次启动中，可能长时间不显示窗口或进度条——无论它是否仍在处理，看起来都像毫无反应。如果你遇到这种情况，请依次尝试：

  1. 通过拖拽重新安装，不要直接从磁盘映像中双击启动。

    打开下载的 .dmg，然后将 Termio 图标拖到同一窗口中的“应用程序”快捷方式上，推出磁盘映像，再从“应用程序”文件夹中打开 Termio（不要从磁盘映像窗口启动）。 这是我们有直接证据支持的解决办法：未按这种方式安装的副本曾触发真实且已确认的启动崩溃。 当前发布版本已修复该崩溃，因此下载最新版本并按上述方式安装，可以同时避开旧版本和安装位置问题。

  2. 如果应用只是停在那里，请先等待几分钟，再判断它是否卡住。

    首次启动会进行一次 Apple 安全检查，目前屏幕上不会显示它正在运行——因此几分钟内，“已经卡住”和“仍在检查”看起来完全一样。我们暂时无法加快检查或显示进度；正在改进，让这一过程不再悄无声息。

  3. 几分钟后仍无反应？换一个网络（例如手机热点）并重新打开。

    我们有线索表明，某些网络可能让同一项 Apple 安全检查一直挂起而无法完成——但目前只在测试环境中复现，尚未在真实 Mac 上确认，因此不能断言这就是你遇到问题的原因。如果前两步无效，值得尝试，但并非保证有效。
