Termio

Terms of Use

The agreement for using Termio.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are the End User License Agreement between you and Termio. By creating an account or using the Termio app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Termio.

1. What Termio does

Termio lets you view and control AI coding agents and terminal sessions running on your own Mac from your iPhone or iPad. A background helper (the Termio daemon) runs on your Mac and relays your terminal sessions to the app through Termio's relay service. You are responsible for the commands you run and the work your agents perform.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Termio on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Termio. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and may not impersonate others or use the service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Termio offers an auto-renewable subscription (“Pro”). The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Termio to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack or probe systems you are not authorized to access, or transmit malware. Because Termio executes commands on machines you control, you are solely responsible for the consequences of those commands.

6. Service availability

Termio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features. The relay does not store the contents of your terminal — see the Privacy Policy for what is and isn't retained.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Termio disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or work product arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
